Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service, leveraging your exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, and personal motivation to resolve issues and build lasting relationships. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a unique blend of technical skills, business acumen, and interpersonal savvy. **Duties & Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Communicating with customers via inbound phone calls, emails, live chats, and other channels as needed * Exceeding daily quotas for inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats * Recording detailed notes of customer interactions * Maintaining real-time communication by keeping inventory volumes current * Creating life-long customers by responding to inquiries in a creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent manner * Demonstrating professionalism and customer service excellence in all interactions * De-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers * Recording and documenting customer interactions, including inputting necessary data and identifying trends for escalation * Collaborating with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide the best possible experience * Operating in a remote work environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge * Adapting to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment * Working a customer service schedule based on high-volume days and times in the restaurant/hospitality industry * Maintaining consistent and undivided attention to assigned responsibilities * Performing other duties as assigned **Required Skills/Abilities** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A clear and articulate telephone voice with minimal background noise or distractions * The ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workloads * Self-motivation, strong communication skills, excellent decision-making skills, and the ability to learn quickly * Reliability and a commitment to consistently delivering excellent work performance * Experience with multi-line phone systems * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, cloud-based platforms such as Salesforce, data entry, and word processing * An upbeat and positive attitude * The ability to maintain the reputation of arenaflex and any assigned clients * Adaptability in a rapidly expanding dynamic organization **Qualification/Education and Experience** To be considered for this role, you'll need: * Independent self-starter with excellent time management skills * Strong customer service skills (1-3 years' experience in a customer service capacity) * A High School diploma or GED * Must be at least 18 years of age * Your own computer or laptop with a keyboard and mouse (IPAD, Chromebooks, and mobile devices are not allowed) * Availability to work weekends only, with start times of 2 PM or 5 PM EST **Physical Requirements** This role requires: * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and telephone * The ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times **Equal Employment Opportunity** arenaflex is an equal employment opportunity employer, committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
