Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service.
- Customer Service Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or online retail environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:
