You'll be the first point of contact for our passengers, and your role will be crucial in ensuring their travel experience is smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. **Why You'll Love This Job** * Work from the comfort of your own home, with flexible scheduling to suit your needs * Collaborate with a talented team of customer service professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional service * Develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that's always evolving * Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, as well as virtual doctor visits and flexible spending accounts * Participate in our health and wellness programs, designed to help you achieve your goals and maintain a healthy work-life balance * Take advantage of our 401(k) program, with employer contributions available after one year * Enjoy a range of additional benefits, including our Employee Assistance Program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, cars, travel, and more **Key Responsibilities** As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Issuing, reissuing, and refunding traveler tickets * Booking, ticketing, and confirming flight reservations * Rebooking travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations * Performing traveler check-in and boarding tasks, including correcting oversold seat assignments and issuing updates * Issuing vouchers or coordinating with vendors for traveler hotel accommodations, meals, and transportation * Coordinating refueling and re-boarding * Performing traveler loading, including ticket lift or ticket lift/confirmation * Operating door scanners and related duties, including pre-boarding, observing/checking carry-on items, and managing line models * Operating jetways/spans for boarding and deplaning travelers * Making boarding and flight door announcements * Conveying domestic/international flight records * Performing traveler service flight close-out systems * Accepting, checking, and labeling travelers' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters * Maintaining a schedule of flight loading processes * Performing customer service hands-on training * Processing and completing visa document exchanges at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations * Assisting travelers with self-service kiosk check-in and booth handling at ticket counters * Managing lines at ticket counter stands and ticket counters * Clearing/confirming international reports at booths in the ticket counter area and activation stations * Accepting and initiating travelers' self-labeled bags at activation stations * Assisting clients requiring special assistance or in-station help, including boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory travelers, special assistance travelers, or unaccompanied minors * Performing customer service work related to handling regional flights and project worker/ground handling arrangements or agreements * Having regular and predictable attendance on site, including fulfilling any compulsory overtime requirements * Answering and assisting during security and crisis situations * Providing connecting travelers with gate information * Delivering quality customer service in a professional manner and in accordance with arenaflex's standards **What You'll Need for Success** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * Bilingual language skills, as required in certain locations * A valid driver's license, as required by local authorities * The ability to pass FAA criminal history verifications to qualify for unescorted access badges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable * The ability to obtain proper airport power or US Customs security identification, if relevant * Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, extensive background check, or fingerprinting to meet organization and security requirements * The ability to work in the U.S. * Relevant experience in customer service, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment * Working knowledge of Sabre or other Traveler Service Systems * Familiarity with airline operations and procedures **What You'll Get** As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, effective on your first day * Virtual doctor visits and flexible spending accounts * Health and wellness programs to help you achieve your goals and maintain a healthy work-life balance * 401(k) program, with employer contributions available after one year * Employee Assistance Program * Pet insurance * Discounts on hotels, cars, travel, and more **Join the arenaflex Team** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, diverse, and empowering.
