You will be the ambassador of arenaflex, representing our brand values and commitment to excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat * Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding flights, fares, and travel documents * Process customer requests for ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds * Assist customers with booking and ticketing, including handling oversold flights and irregular operations * Perform customer registration and front seat tasks, including correcting oversold seat tasks and issuing updates * Issue vouchers or coordinate with vendors for customer accommodations, meals, and transportation * Perform customer loading, including ticket lift or ticket lift/confirmation * Work door peruser/scanner and related duties, including pre-boarding, observing/checking carryon items, and leave line models * Work jetways/spans for boarding and deplaning customers * Make boarding and flight door declarations * Convey domestic/global flight records * Perform customer service flight close-out systems * Accept, check, and label customers' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters * Maintain a schedule of flight loading process * Perform customer service hands-on training * Process and complete visa-related transactions at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations * Assist customers with self-service kiosk registration and booth items handling at ticket counters * Line up customers at ticket counter stands and ticket counters * Clear/confirm international reports at booth in the ticket counter area and activation stations * Accept and initiate customers' self-labeled bags at activation stations * Assist customers requiring special assistance or in-station; help boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory customers, special assistance customers, or unaccompanied minors * Perform customer service work related to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements * Have standard and predictable attendance on location, including fulfilling any compulsory overtime requirements * Answer and assist during security and emergency situations * Furnish connecting customers with gate information * Provide quality customer service in a professional manner and according to arenaflex's standards **What You'll Need for Success:** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * Bilingual language skills required in certain areas * Relevant valid driver's license as required by local authorities * Must satisfy FAA criminal history verifications to qualify for unescorted access badges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable * Must be able to obtain proper airport power or US Customs security identification, if relevant * Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, extensive personal investigation, or fingerprinting to meet organization and security requirements * Must be approved to work in the U.S. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Instruction and earlier professional training * Working knowledge of Saber or other Traveler Service Framework * Past face-to-face customer service experience * Working in a high-speed environment **What You'll Get:** * Medical benefits: On the very first day, you'll access your health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits to help you stay well.
