As a valued member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills, advance your career, and enjoy a great work-life balance. **Why you'll love this role:** * Collaborate with clients in a polite, professional, and friendly manner to provide exceptional customer service. * Work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying the flexibility and autonomy that comes with remote work. * Develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment. * Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as virtual doctor visits and flexible spending accounts. * Participate in our health programs, designed to help you achieve your wellness goals. * Access our 401(k) program, with manager contributions available after one year. * Enjoy other amazing benefits, including our Employee Assistance Program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, cars, travel, and more. **What you'll do:** * Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets. * Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations. * Rebook travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations. * Perform traveler check-in and boarding tasks, including correcting oversold seat assignments and issuing updates. * Issue vouchers or coordinate with vendors for traveler hotel facilities, meals, and transportation. * Coordinate refuel and revitalize. * Perform traveler loading, including ticket lift or ticket lift/confirmation. * Work door scanners and related duties, including pre-boarding, observing/checking carry-on items, and departure line management. * Work jetways/bridges for boarding and deplaning travelers. * Make boarding and flight door announcements. * Convey domestic/international flight records. * Perform traveler service flight close-out systems. * Accept, check, and label travelers' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters. * Maintain a schedule of flight boarding process. * Perform customer service hands-on training. * Process and complete visa document exchanges at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations. * Assist travelers with self-service kiosk registration and booth items handling at ticket counters. * Line up at ticket counter stands and ticket counters. * Clear/confirm international reports at booths in the ticket counter area and activation stations. * Accept and initiate travelers' self-labeled bags at activation stations. * Assist clients requiring special assistance or in-station; help boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory travelers, special assistance travelers, or unaccompanied minors. * Perform customer service work related to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements. * Have standard and predictable attendance on location, including fulfilling any compulsory overtime requirements. * Answer and assist during security and emergency situations. * Provide connecting travelers with gate information. * Give quality customer service in a professional manner and according to arenaflex's policies. **What you'll need for success:** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. * Bilingual language skills required in certain areas. * Relevant valid driver's license as required by local authorities. * Must satisfy FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access badges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable. * Must be able to obtain proper airport power or US Customs security identification, if relevant. * Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, extensive personal investigation, or fingerprinting to meet organization and security requirements. * Must be eligible to work in the U.S. **Preferred qualifications:** * Instruction and earlier professional training. * Working knowledge of Saber or other Traveler Service System. * Past face-to-face customer service experience. * Working in a high-speed environment. **What you'll get:** * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as virtual doctor visits and flexible spending accounts. * Participation in our health programs, designed to help you achieve your wellness goals. * Access to our 401(k) program, with manager contributions available after one year. * Enjoy other amazing benefits, including our Employee Assistance Program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, cars, travel, and more. **Join the arenaflex family and start your journey today!** At arenaflex, we believe that diversity and inclusion are the foundation of a powerful workforce.
