You'll be responsible for: * Responding to inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails from customers * Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner * Providing accurate and helpful information to customers * Escalating complex issues to senior representatives or supervisors as needed * Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty **Schedule and Flexibility** We understand that everyone's schedule is unique, and we're committed to providing flexible work arrangements that meet your needs. As an arenaflex customer service representative, you'll have the opportunity to create a work schedule that works best for you, with flexible hours available during weekdays and daytime. **Earnings and Revenue** Our contract earnings vary by client, with competitive rates typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour.
