**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer support to merchants and customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
* Collaborating with the Dealer Administrations Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and team performance.
* Coaching and mentoring colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.

**Essential Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Communications, or Customer Service.
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
