**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Connecting with customers online and over the phone to answer their questions, conduct follow-ups, and confirm appointments to best support their needs
* Triage incoming calls to the appropriate person or department to ensure customers receive the best possible assistance
* Completing administrative tasks such as processing payments and updating information in our arenaflex systems
* Understanding and adhering to company policies and procedures, including collection policies and laws
* Working collaboratively with your team to meet goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences

**Qualifications and Requirements**
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent to 1 month of related experience
* The ability to thrive in a high-energy and fast-paced environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak and listen effectively with customers via phone or in writing
* Basic computer knowledge, including word processing and typing skills
* Flexible work hours with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
* The ability to meet minimum technology requirements, including type of internet service and speed of internet service
* Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
