**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Las Vegas, NV area. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
* Provide solutions to help simplify members' healthcare experience
* Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on healthcare policies and procedures
**Work From Home Opportunity**

**Requirements**
* 1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
* Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred
* Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
* Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
* Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
* Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
* Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
* Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
