**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients and their members. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls, setting appointments, and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
* Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and quality control tasks
* Developing leadership skills through training and mentorship programs
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Maintaining good customer relations and interacting effectively with all levels of management and employees
**Key Responsibilities**

**Qualifications**
