**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and text message. You'll be responsible for:
* Connecting with customers to answer their questions, conduct follow-ups, and confirm appointments to ensure a seamless experience
* Triage incoming calls to the appropriate person or department to best assist the customer
* Completing administrative tasks such as processing payments and updating information in our systems
* Understanding and adhering to company policies and procedures, including collection policies and laws
**What We're Looking For**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1 month of related experience (or equivalent)
* Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Basic computer knowledge, including word processing and typing skills
* Flexible work hours with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
* Ability to meet minimum technology requirements (Type of internet service and speed of internet service)
* Must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
