This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $35. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle phone, web, and written correspondence inquiries and issues from clients, suppliers, and other divisions * Respond to questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Guide clients through their plan of benefits, arenaflex strategy, and methodology, as well as provide information on available resources and administrative rules * Build a trusting and caring relationship with clients to understand their needs and preferences * Provide clients with relevant information to answer unasked questions, such as extra plan details, benefit plan details, and self-service tools * Explain clients' freedoms and limitations as per contract * Maintain accurate records and track contacts with clients, suppliers, and plan supporters **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree * Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to empathize and show compassion in a customer-facing role * Experience in a production environment * High school diploma or equivalent **Preferred Qualifications** * Ability to perform multiple tasks to effectively achieve responsibilities * Understanding of clinical terminology * Oral and written communication skills * Ability to maintain accuracy and production standards * Critical thinking skills * Attention to detail and precision * Insightful and analytical skills **Work Environment and Culture** As a work-from-home opportunity, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
