**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving sales and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Completing our comprehensive training program, which will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role
* Making outbound and inbound calls to clients and potential clients who request products and services, with the goal of setting appointments and educating them on our life and supplemental health insurance offerings
* Utilizing the Zoom platform to deliver engaging and informative presentations to clients and potential clients
* Assisting clients and potential clients in completing electronic applications
* Participating in regular team training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential skills and qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
* A competitive and results-driven mindset, with a desire to excel in a fast-paced sales environment
