You'll provide personalized support and solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience, while also learning more about healthcare and expanding your own experiences. This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options, allowing you to balance priorities in and outside of work. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions * Provide personalized support and solutions to help simplify members' healthcare experience * Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a patient, helpful, and professional manner * Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns * Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to ensure seamless customer experience * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience * Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications * High School Diploma or equivalent * Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism * Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills * Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner * Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards **Preferred Qualifications** * Associates degree or equivalent experience * Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence * Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life * Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills **Work Environment and Culture** * Work from home flexibility with approved internet speed requirements, secure workspace free from distractions, and successful completion of the training program * Comprehensive training program with 8 weeks of on-site training, including hands-on learning, self-paced modules, and leadership engagement * Flexible scheduling options to balance priorities in and outside of work * Opportunities for advancement from a REP I to a REP II and III, with paths to progression through our Career Mapping guide * Collaborative and supportive work environment that values colleague growth and development **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive pay range: $17.00 - $27.90 per hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits * 401(k) retirement savings plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan * Fully-paid term life insurance plan and short-term and long-term disability benefits * Paid Time Off (PTO) or vacation pay, as well as paid holidays throughout the calendar year * Well-being programs, education assistance, free development courses, and discount programs with participating partners **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and are looking for a flexible work-from-home opportunity, we invite you to apply for this role.
