**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
* **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service, technical support, and product information to our customers via phone, email, and chat.
* **Technical Troubleshooting**: Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* **Product Promotion**: Promote our products and services to new and existing customers, ensuring they get the most value and enjoyment from their arenaflex experience.
* **Training and Development**: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you're equipped to handle the latest products and services.

**Requirements**
* **High School Diploma or GED**: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
* **Six Months of Related Experience**: You must have six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training.
* **Flexible Scheduling**: You must be flexible to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
* **Smartphone or Device**: You must have a smartphone or device with an active network connection.
* **Pre-Employment Screen**: You must pass a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
**Work-at-Home Technical Requirements**
* **DISH-Provided Equipment**: arenaflex will provide all initial equipment required to perform the role, including a PC Tower, power adapter, and two monitors.
* **Required Accessories**: You'll need to provide your own USB headset, USB keyboard, USB mouse, USB webcam, and Ethernet cable.
* **Home Internet**: You'll need a dedicated home office workspace with a stable cable, DSL, or fiber ISP internet connection with a minimum 25 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload speed.

**Salary Range**
The base pay range for this position is $15.00/hour, with additional pay for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
