**What is Required (Qualifications)**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **1 Year of Experience Interacting with Customers**: You'll have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, with a minimum of 1 year of experience interacting with customers.
* **Computer Proficiency in Windows-Based Applications**: You'll be comfortable using Windows-based applications and have a strong understanding of computer systems.
