**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
* Provide solutions to help simplify members' healthcare experiences
* Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize knowledge and skills to resolve customer issues and concerns
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on healthcare knowledge and arenaflex policies and procedures
**Requirements**
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
* Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
* Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
* Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Associates degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to relate to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
* Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
**Work Environment and Culture**
* Work from home flexibility (must meet criteria, including maintaining own internet with approved speed requirements, secure workspace free from distractions, and successful completion of the training program)

* Competitive pay range ($17.00 - $27.90)
