**Work from Home Opportunity**
This position allows you to use your own personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) to work from the comfort of your own home. Your device must meet the following requirements:
* Windows 10 or later operating system
* Minimum of 4GB RAM
* Wired Ethernet LAN connection
* Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted)
* Proof of internet speed required
* Clean and quiet workspace
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities include:
* Connecting with customers via phone, video, email, and/or chat to resolve their questions or concerns
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues
* Upselling if required
**Qualifications**
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
* 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* Provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later operating system
* Wired Ethernet LAN connection
* Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted)
* Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps
* Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps
* ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
* Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
