**Schedule and Flexibility**
As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you will enjoy a flexible work schedule that allows you to create a balance between work and personal life. While the majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, we understand that flexibility is essential for our contractors. **Earnings and Revenue**
Our contractors earn competitive rates, typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour, depending on the client and your performance. Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics. **Technology and Equipment Requirements**
To ensure seamless connectivity and clear communication, you will need to meet the following technology and equipment requirements:
* **Quiet and secure work environment**: You will need a quiet and secure work environment during working hours, free from distractions and interruptions.
* **Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM**: You will need a personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM, as well as a wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication.
* **High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed**: You will need high-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity.
* **Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11**: You will need to use an operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11, although some clients may accept AppleOS.
* **Valid and up-to-date antivirus software**: You will need to install valid and up-to-date antivirus software to protect your computer and data.
* **Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad**: You will need a smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app.
**Work Environment Requirements**
To ensure that you can provide excellent customer service, you will need to meet the following work environment requirements:
* **Quiet, uninterrupted space**: You will need a quiet, uninterrupted space to work, free from distractions and interruptions.
* **Organized desk area**: You will need an organized desk area to ensure that you can work efficiently and effectively.
**Contractual Relationship**
The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.

We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
