**What you'll do:**
* Provide exceptional customer care and ensure a consistent experience across all contact points.
* Perform a range of airport-related tasks, including:
+ Registration and security: search and screen passengers, verify travel documents, and ensure compliance with security regulations.
+ Doors: assist with passenger movement, manage queues, and maintain a safe and secure environment.
+ Move: coordinate passenger movement, manage baggage handling, and ensure smooth airport operations.
+ Appearance: maintain a professional appearance, adhere to uniform standards, and promote a positive image of careerzynith.
* Work closely with Lead Specialists to ensure seamless operations and provide guidance on customer service and security matters.
* Lead regulatory obligations, including pre-flight and post-flight takeoff procedures.
* Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
* Advance and sell careerzynith services and products to our clients.
* Participate in mandatory training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
**All you'll need for success:**
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure and stress.
* Proficiency in English and German languages (written and verbal).
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
* Familiarity with reservation systems, such as Saber/Qik or other similar software.
* Ability to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays.
* Willingness to attend training and development programs in the USA and Europe.
