**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Representative – Work-from-Home Typist, you'll have the opportunity to participate in various paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews. These studies will allow you to share your opinions and experiences with our sponsors and partners, providing valuable insights that shape the development of new products and services. With the flexibility to work from home, you'll enjoy a comfortable and convenient work environment that suits your lifestyle.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative – Work-from-Home Typist, your key responsibilities will include:
* Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews
* Completing written and oral instructions as required
* Completing written surveys provided for each panel
* MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date
* Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
* Participating in online or in-person discussions, as preferred
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
* Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
* Must have access to a reliable internet connection
* Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
* Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
* No experience required, but must be able to work independently
**Experience**
While experience is not required, you'll need to be able to work independently and effectively manage your time to meet the demands of this role. As a Customer Service Representative – Work-from-Home Typist, you'll have the flexibility to work part-time or full-time, depending on your schedule and availability.
