**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers via telephone. You'll assist with hotel, rental car, and flight reservations, as well as help customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, with flexible scheduling that allows you to balance your personal and professional life.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming calls from customers
* Review customer history as necessary
* Follow policy and procedure guidelines
* Help customers change travel plans
* Provide or confirm customers' travel itinerary
* Process refunds
* Help customers solve travel issues
* Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary
* Document information and outcomes as necessary
**Requirements**
* Prior customer service experience is required
* Strong geographical knowledge is essential
* Experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is preferred
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong attention to detail
