**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming calls from customers and providing exceptional customer service
* Reviewing customer history as necessary to resolve issues and provide personalized support
* Following policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy
* Helping customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues
* Processing refunds and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Placing outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve issues and provide support
* Documenting information and outcomes as necessary to ensure accurate record-keeping and quality control
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
* Prior customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry or a related field
* Strong geographical knowledge and excellent communication skills
