**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via telephone. You'll be working with customers to resolve their travel-related queries, from changing travel plans to confirming or obtaining their itinerary. You'll also be responsible for processing refunds, helping customers solve travel issues, and placing outbound calls to travel partners as necessary.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to their queries in a professional and courteous manner
* Review customer history as necessary to provide personalized service
* Follow policy and procedure guidelines to ensure that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively
* Help customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, and process refunds
* Provide or confirm customers' travel itinerary and assist with any travel-related issues
* Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer queries
* Document information and outcomes as necessary to ensure that all customer interactions are accurately recorded
