We're proud to be part of the arenaflex family and invite you to join our team of dedicated professionals. **Job Role** We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team in Chantilly, VA. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for: * Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule to ensure timely and efficient service delivery * Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician schedules as needed to meet customer needs * Resolving customer issues promptly and courteously, investigating concerns, and routing them to the proper staff * Maintaining customer satisfaction by responding to special requirements and ensuring that customers are informed and educated about our services * Matching type of service required with availability, location, and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability, and efficiency * Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain the company's membership base * Collaborating with coworkers to achieve team goals and objectives * Educating customers on our Membership benefits to make them lifelong customers **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Previous experience in a call center environment, preferably in the HVAC or Plumbing industry * The ability to type at least 70 words per minute * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for making customers happy * Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment * Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia * Strong attention to detail and proactive thinking skills **Remote Work Requirements** As a remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll need to provide: * High-speed internet access * A quiet workspace with minimal background noise * arenaflex will provide a laptop and cell phone to support your remote work needs **Compensation and Benefits** We offer a competitive compensation package, including: * Hourly rate: $16-$19 per hour, based on experience * Commission opportunities: average an additional $100-$1000+ per month * Comprehensive benefits package, including: + Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, and Life Insurance + 401(k) retirement plan with match + 7 paid holidays per year + Paid vacation and personal days + Continued education with periodic classes **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
