We're now seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering unparalleled comfort and satisfaction to our customers.
**Job Role:**
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include:
* Maintaining our customer database with accuracy and attention to detail
* Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians
* Routing technicians based on location to ensure efficient service delivery
* Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team
* Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
* Providing exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
**Schedule:**
* Wednesday: In-office at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
* Monday-Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) (excluding Wednesdays)
**Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous call center experience, with a minimum of one year of experience
* The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle high call volumes and customer inquiries
* The ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
* Familiarity with major cities and locations in Northern Virginia
* Accurate documentation skills to maintain our customer database (Service Titan)

* High-speed internet access
* A quiet workspace with minimal background noise
