With four locations across North America, we pride ourselves on our ability to deliver products on time, with the flexibility to ship and receive from all international centers. **Join Our Dynamic Team in Lawrenceville, Georgia** We are currently seeking a reliable and resourceful Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales) to join our dynamic team in Lawrenceville, Georgia office! As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical product information, cost quotations, stock status, and delivery information to customers in a designated territory. Your excellent telephone sales and communication skills will enable you to reach business targets, while also developing revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Promote arenaflex's entire line of products and programs within assigned territories * Manage incoming customer inquiries, identify customer needs and requirements * Supply customers with all available literature and knowledge on different products that may work for their intended application * Aid and guide customers by demonstrating an understanding of their business needs using knowledge and experience within the industry * Creating quotes and orders, contacting customers, maintaining positive, long-term relationships * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure products are prepared in accordance with customer requests and delivery dates * Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop goals and monitor and track KPIs to deliver on projected results * Track and record daily activities and ensure data is accurately managed within the company's database * Identify and develop new relationships to grow the business and assist the company in expanding while maintaining existing relationships **Essential Qualifications:** * Post-secondary diploma in Business or Administration or equivalent is an asset * Minimum two (2) years of sales experience, inside sales experience is preferable * Strong customer service focus * Previous experience in a distribution environment is an asset * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications * Ability to work well independently and effectively with a team * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Ability to consistently represent the company in a professional manner * Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills * Ability to respond appropriately in pressure situations with a calm and steady demeanor **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the fluid sealing products and precision components industry * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services * Strong understanding of sales principles and practices * Experience with CRM software and database management **What We Offer:** * Competitive compensation package with exceptional benefits * Ability to earn commissions * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance * Bonus opportunities * Monthly bonus **Work Environment and Company Culture:** At arenaflex, we value our employees and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
