This means you'll be working with a company that's committed to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Help the Division deliver on its sales targets, including the new business component, by maintaining active communication with customers about new product launches, services, supplies, and sales promotions. * Provide exceptional customer service through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported. * Execute all aspects of the sales function, including order processing, purchase orders, payment processing, quotes, and delivery dates, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. * Recommend alternative products based on cost, availability, or specifications as needed, demonstrating your expertise and knowledge of our products. * Obtain and monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery, and expedite as necessary, coordinating with manufacturing, sales, distribution, and vendors. * Generate new and repeat sales by providing timely and accurate product and technical information, educating customers about product terminology, features, and benefits. * Provide accurate information regarding availability of in-stock items, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service. * Assist customers with warranties and returns, resolving issues promptly and professionally. * Collaborate with the Branch Manager to determine the best methods for resolving problems, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies. * Train new customer service/inside sales representatives, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them succeed. * Periodically reach out to customers to determine their satisfaction with our organization, products, and services, gathering valuable feedback to improve our offerings. * Maintain records and prepare reports on sales activities, providing insights and data to inform business decisions. * Expand your knowledge of HVAC products and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide expert advice and guidance. **Essential Qualifications:** * 6+ years of progressive sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a deep understanding of our products and services. * High School diploma or GED equivalent, with some college preferred.
