As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our new client, a multinational corporation providing a wide range of financial products and services. You'll be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, resolving basic support issues, and documenting all your work. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll be empowered to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
**What You'll Do:**
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer support by phone, email, or instant message to consumers, serving as the primary contact for inbound customer issues.
* Escalating more technical product-related issues to the proper product support department.
* Processing a high volume of consumer inquiries about banking products and services, resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries.
* Troubleshooting customer issues, identifying the root cause of the problem, and using tools and resources to determine how to resolve the customer issue.
* When unable to resolve problems in a reasonable amount of time, escalating to the appropriate resource and following up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring to learn appropriate solutions and expand overall knowledge.
* Tracking and documenting inbound support requests and ensuring proper notation of customer issues.
* Updating customer information and ensuring accurate entry of contact information.
* Meeting standards of job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time.
* May provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced peers.
* Other related duties assigned as needed.

**What We're Looking For:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High school diploma or GED
* At least one year of call center experience
* At least one year of customer service experience
* Knowledge of the banking products, services, and business operations to enable resolution of customer inquiries
* Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Computer navigation and operation skills
* Demonstrates effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others
* Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
