**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
* **Interact with customers**: Provide information in response to inquiries about programs and services in a contact center.
* **Respond to customer inquiries**: Receive and respond to customer inquiries received by telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web-based portal regarding information on programs and services.
* **Record customer interactions**: Document details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
* **Follow standard operating procedures**: Ensure consistency and accuracy in all interactions.
* **Address customer inquiries and resolve problems**: Ensure that appropriate changes are made to resolve customer issues.
* **Refer unresolved customer grievances**: Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
* **Communicate with supervisor**: Communicate with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns.
* **Navigate multiple computer systems**: Add appropriate documentation to the systems while speaking with a customer.
* **Perform data entry accurately**: Ensure accurate data entry.
**Minimum Requirements:**
* **High school diploma or GED**: Required and 0-6 months of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* **Program Specific Requirements**:
+ **High School diploma or equivalent**: Required.
+ **6 months of customer service experience**: Preferred.
+ **Must reside within 70 miles of El Paso, TX**: Must live in Texas.
* **Home Office Requirements**:
+ **Reliable, high-speed internet service**: Required.
+ **Minimum 20 Mbps download speeds**: Required.
+ **Traditional, wired high-speed connection**: Required (cable or fiber).
+ **Quiet and distraction-free workspace**: Required.
