**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing large amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries
* Scheduling appointments for home repair companies
* Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
* Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
* Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution

**Requirements**

* To be a permanent resident of Illinois, Iowa, or Wisconsin
* To be available to work weekends
* Proficiency with the internet, data entry, and the ability to swiftly move between multiple programs

* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
