**Job Description**
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team in a remote work setting. As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. This will include handling a variety of customer inquiries, analyzing payment history/notes, and communicating statuses to customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Analyze payment history/notes and communicate statuses to customers
* Maintain accurate records and update customer information as necessary
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
**Work Environment and Schedule:**
* Work from home in a productive, quiet, and distraction-free environment
* Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 7AM-7PM (no weekends)
* Must have excellent internet connectivity with speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
* Must have a hardwired internet connection (wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems)
* Must have a smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, to download our app for company communications

**Qualifications:**
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet goals
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
* Experience in customer service
* High school diploma or equivalent
