**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat

* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

**Essential Qualifications**
* 18 years of age or older
* U.S. citizen or Legal Resident
* Clean criminal record with zero felony or fraud convictions
* Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
* Ability to invest $12.95 for a background check and client training fees (all fees are reimbursed after 90 days of servicing a client)
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or virtual support environment
* Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk

**Virtual Training Session**
