Our commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and employee growth has earned us recognition as a Great Place to Work in the US. **Job Description** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Handling inbound customer calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Managing outbound follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty * Providing basic policy information, transferring calls to the correct team when escalation is required, and handling other related duties as needed * Working collaboratively with our Insurance (property & casualty) team to deliver exceptional customer experiences * Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction **Work Environment and Schedule** This is a part-time, remote position that requires up to 30 hours per week. You'll be scheduled to work Monday through Friday, with shifts starting at 10AM or noon.
