**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Contacting existing customers on behalf of arenaflex's entertainment services
* Upgrading or resubscribing their services utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems
* Delivering sales results that meet client performance objectives, including:
+ Number of contacts
+ Number of leads/conversions/sales
+ Accuracy and productivity
* Adhering to standard contact procedures and attempting to build relationships, build support for client products and services, and overcome prospect objections
* Adhering to operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* To be a North Carolina resident
* A private and secure workspace at home free from background noise or distractions
* Sales, Call Center, Upselling, Retail Sales, or Customer Service experience (highly preferred)
* Professional vocabulary
* Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
* Assertive and quick thinking
* Excellent schedule adherence and attendance
* Prior work-from-home call center experience (a plus!)
* Good computer skills
