**Job Description**
As a Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing and assigning emails to ensure prompt and efficient communication with clients
* Processing invoices from suppliers and delivering customer invoices in a timely manner
* Receiving payments from customers and running credit card transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
* Entering tracking numbers into our ERP and eCommerce websites to ensure seamless order fulfillment
* Managing high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors, providing verbal and email quotes, and communicating with vendors to confirm price and availability
* Processing orders with vendors and confirming order acknowledgments to ensure timely delivery
* Keeping track of backorders and following up with vendors and customers to provide ship dates and updates
* Preparing and reconciling monthly payments to vendors and keeping track of past-due invoices
* Maintaining confidential financial documentation and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, support, and sales
* Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and vendors
* Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a strong work ethic and proactive approach to problem-solving
* Friendly and patient demeanor, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and eCommerce software
* Knowledge of industrial equipment, supplies, filtration, or compressed air equipment is a bonus
* Ability to maintain confidential financial documentation and require minimal supervision to complete work and meet deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
* Experience working in the industrial supply industry
* Knowledge of ERP and eCommerce systems
* Familiarity with credit card processing and payment systems
