**Qualifications:**
* 1-3 years' work experience in a related role, preferably in customer service or a related field.

* Demonstrated experience solving customer service inquiries, with effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, navigating multiple systems and customer service platforms concurrently.
