Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling air travel on arenaflex, while providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. **Key Responsibilities:** * Promote and sell air travel on arenaflex to government and corporate clients * Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets * Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner * Communicate with customers over the phone when researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights * Communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect the customer * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences **What You'll Need for Success:** * **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training + Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills + Knowledge of Native SABRE + Ability to be resourceful and creative at immediate problem resolution + High level of initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable + Satisfactory attendance required * **Preferred Qualifications:** + Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities + Familiarity with airline industry regulations and procedures **What You'll Get:** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you'll have access to a wide range of benefits and perks that will enhance your career and personal life.
