* As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be a key member of our Government and Corporate Affairs team, responsible for promoting and selling air travel on careerzynith.
* You will work closely with our government and corporate clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
* You will be responsible for preparing itineraries, computing fares, issuing refunds, and preparing and issuing tickets.
