Job Overview

In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for providers and applicants, responding to inbound calls, voicemails, and inquiries related to provider enrollment, application status, and compliance reviews. Your exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will enable you to provide timely and accurate support to our clients and internal stakeholders. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating accurate call logs, supporting team and business goals, and assisting with other tasks as needed.
