**Job Description**
As a Customer Service Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Answering incoming phone calls and providing support or directing calls to the appropriate staff member
* Completing outbound calls to customers requesting documents
* Returning voicemail messages and providing support or directing calls to the appropriate staff member
* Answering basic questions from policyholders and agents regarding the audit and verification process
* Providing reasonable due date extensions for policyholders and agents
* Reading and analyzing incoming email, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and then distributing them to the appropriate individual
* Indexing provided documentation to the appropriate internal electronic file
* Assisting in obtaining updated contact information for policyholders or agents when needed
* Providing clerical support to other departments
**Key Responsibilities**

**Job Qualifications**
* Education: High School Diploma
* Experience: Minimum of 1-year commercial underwriting/premium audit experience
* Experience with Microsoft Office / Microsoft Outlook required
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment free from outside distraction / interruption
* Spanish speaking preferred
