**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:
* Work with customers on a daily basis to sustain and improve business relationships
* Use fact-finding sales methods to customize arenaflex programs and services to meet customer needs and strive to obtain new business
* Ensure accurate account setup, maintenance, and the closing of all customer account information
* Handle all customer issues by following our customer complaint resolution policy
* Perform soft collections for customers on credit hold or past due, as well as some cash handling
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 1+ years' of customer service experience
* Willingness to report to local office if needed, dependent on business need
* Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills
* Strong organizational skills with typing and data entry experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on team building and developing a positive rapport with company employees at all levels as well as customers
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access
* Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
* Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa
**Preferred Remote Qualifications**
To ensure a seamless remote work experience, we recommend:
* Windows 10 computers or higher operating system
* Computer must have 8GB of ram but preferably 16GB
* Hard wired to the modem is preferred
* Minimum cable, or DSL speeds of 100MB with 10MB upload speed
* The use of hotspots of any type are not stable, or suitable from any internet provider
* Apple computers can be utilized, but nothing lower than 14.0 (High Sierra OS)
* Use of dual monitors is preferred but not required
