If you're a motivated, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, responding promptly to customer inquiries, and resolving any concerns in a professional and courteous manner. * Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services, providing expert advice and recommendations to drive sales. * Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions. * Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, working collaboratively with colleagues to drive sales and meet targets. * Maintain precise work order files and formulas, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and accurate. * Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse, tint and mix products as needed to customer specifications, and stock shelves and set up displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment. * Clean store equipment, load/unload delivery trucks, and assist in making deliveries as needed, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. * Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas, ensuring that all products are displayed and stocked correctly. * Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options with customers, providing expert advice and recommendations to drive sales. * Comply with inventory control procedures, ensuring that all stock levels are accurate and up-to-date. * Suggest ways to improve sales, providing feedback and ideas to management and colleagues to drive business growth. **Qualifications** * Minimum Requirements: + Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age + Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future + Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License + Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion + Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation + If internal to arenaflex, you must have received at least a "meets expectations" (3) rating on your most recent performance appraisal + If internal to arenaflex, you must have completed all HR Cloud eLearning courses required for your current position * Preferred Qualifications: + Have at least a High School diploma or GED + Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position + Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products + Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment + Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language + Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management. * Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to drive sales and meet targets. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer concerns and improve sales. * Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to drive sales and meet targets. * Strong knowledge of products offered, with the ability to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers. * Ability to maintain a high level of knowledge on products and services, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
