**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Store #702428, located at 2910 Kerry Forest Parkway, Tallahassee, FL 32309. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth in our retail store. You'll work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions, and recommend the right solutions. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge, ensuring that our store is always stocked and presented in a professional manner, and achieving sales goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction with arenaflex is memorable and positive
* Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions
* Determine customer needs and present appropriate products and services, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchases
* Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures
* Maintain precise work order files and formulas, ensuring that our store is always stocked and presented in a professional manner
* Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse, tint and mix products as needed to customer specifications
* Stock shelves and set up displays, ensuring that our store is always visually appealing and easy to navigate
* Clean store equipment, load/unload delivery trucks, and assist in making deliveries as needed
* Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas, ensuring that our store is always well-organized and easy to shop
* Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options with customers
* Comply with inventory control procedures, ensuring that our store is always stocked and presented in a professional manner
* Suggest ways to improve sales and customer satisfaction, ensuring that our store is always striving for excellence
**Essential Qualifications**
* Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
* Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
* Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
* Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
* Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Have at least a High School diploma or GED
* Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
* Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
* Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
* Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
* Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
