Your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to inbound and outbound calls, establishing consultations, and conducting discussions with members of unions that request our benefits * Utilizing your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and their members * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, completing necessary paperwork, and ensuring quality assurance * Participating in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge * Collaborating with internal teams to achieve shared goals and objectives **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their members via phone, email, and other communication channels * Respond to inbound and outbound calls, establishing consultations and conducting discussions to resolve member inquiries and concerns * Utilize your knowledge of benefits solutions to provide accurate and timely information to clients and their members * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, completing necessary paperwork and ensuring quality assurance * Participate in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge * Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared goals and objectives * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their members to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty **Essential Qualifications** * Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their members * Exceptional customer service and/or consumer sales experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service * Upbeat and beneficial mindset, with a strong energy and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service * Ability to interact successfully with individuals and teams at all levels, including management and staff * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues * Legally licensed to operate in the US, Canada, or UK **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a union label environment or with a similar benefits provider * Knowledge of benefits solutions and industry trends * Certification in customer service or a related field * Fluency in multiple languages (English, Spanish, French, etc.) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
