**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Answer customer questions and provide solutions to their needs
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently
* Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Provide coaching and training to customer service representatives to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service

**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in a customer service leadership role
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Experience with customer service software and systems
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience in a customer service leadership role
* Experience in the airline industry or a related field
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Fluency in multiple languages
