Experienced Customer Service Supervisor – Front End Support at careerzynith

As a key member of our Store Support Team, you'll be responsible for supervising and delegating tasks to Team Members, training and developing their skills, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. If you're a natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service, and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Supervisor – Front End Support at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for: * Supervising and delegating tasks to Team Members to ensure efficient and effective operation of the Store Support Team * Working closely with the Team Trainer to train Team Members in a manner that builds and sustains a high-performance team and minimizes turnover * Assisting in the training of new Team Members, utilizing learning checklists and training materials to ensure a smooth onboarding process * Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and properly rotated store environment, including keeping all cases and shelves clean and organized * Resolving difficult customer situations in a professional and courteous manner * Ensuring all necessary breaks are given to Team Members and communicating attendance issues or concerns to the Team Leader and Store Leadership * Communicating team concerns to the Team Leader and Associate Team Leader, and setting and achieving the highest standards of retail execution * Fostering and encouraging a positive environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale * Maintaining awareness of customer flows and needs, directing Team Members as necessary to satisfy and delight customers, and responding promptly to customer needs and questions * Selecting, training, developing, mentoring, motivating, and counseling Team Members in a manner that sustains a high-performance team and minimizes turnover * Providing timely, thorough, and thoughtful performance evaluations, and consistently communicating and modeling careerzynith vision and goals **Essential Qualifications:** * 12+ months retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role * Extensive knowledge of Store Support team procedures and policies * Ability to teach others in a positive and constructive manner * Demonstrated advanced product knowledge, with awareness of new products and trends * Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills * Advanced knowledge of regulatory and safety policies and procedures * Proficient mathematical skills for assessing financial performance, monitoring profitability, and managing inventory * Demonstrated decision-making ability, leadership skills, and ability to prioritize and delegate * Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with a proven track record of success * Certification in customer service, leadership, or a related field * Familiarity with careerzynith products and services * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong leadership and supervisory skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills * Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively * Proficient in Microsoft Office and operations-related applications * Strong product knowledge and awareness of new products and trends * Ability to maintain a clean, well-stocked, and properly rotated store environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our Team Members grow and develop their skills and careers.
