**Experienced Customer Service Trainee – Hybrid Training Program for Remote Work**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Trainee to join our team in a hybrid training program, combining on-site and remote work. We're committed to building healthy, smart, vibrant communities for all, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our team. **Typical Assignments:** As a Customer Service Trainee, you'll perform a variety of tasks in a developing and learning capacity, including: * Researching inquiries by accessing the claims processing system and other informational sources * Responding to customer/group and provider questions through telephone contact and/or written communication (such as mail) using proper etiquette, grammar, punctuation, etc. * Maintaining related departmental records and files * Operating office equipment, including personal computers, calculators, copiers, fax machines, etc. * Making corrections to claims and eligibility * Entering new claims, eligibility, and subscriber information into the mainframe * Reviewing subscriber's coverage to determine type and level of benefits **Hybrid Training Program:** Our training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.
