**Job Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service/Case Processor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Interacting with customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels, providing timely and effective support to resolve their queries and concerns
* Logging detailed notes into our company software to ensure seamless communication and knowledge sharing among team members
* Making daily inbound and outbound calls to customers, updating them on the status of their cases and providing solutions to their problems
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic customer records, including contact details, issues, and resolutions
* Updating billing information and ensuring that customer accounts are accurately reflected in our systems
* Analyzing customer satisfaction metrics and setting goals to improve our service delivery
* Participating in regular staff meetings, trainings, and reporting on any customer issues that require attention
* Collaborating with team members to achieve common goals and providing support when needed
* Resolving customer complaints and problems in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner
**Key Skills & Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
* **Required:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Ability to work in an office environment (this is not a remote position)
+ Ability to comfortably sit for long periods of time
+ Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Computer proficiency and problem-solving ability
+ Ability to resolve conflict and de-escalate customer issues
+ Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
+ Bilingual (Spanish and Russian required)
* **Preferred:**
+ Previous customer service experience
+ Sales experience
+ Additional language proficiency

**Compensation & Benefits**
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
* Hourly rate: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
