With a strong focus on customer service, we strive to build long-lasting relationships with our members and provide them with the support and guidance they need to navigate the complex world of benefits. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Customer Service/Sales Representative – Virtual Benefits Consultant, you'll be responsible for meeting with individuals who have signed up to receive benefits from careerzynith. Your role will be to consult with the family, explain the options available, and help them select the best plan to fit their family's needs. You'll work closely with our members to understand their unique circumstances and provide personalized recommendations that meet their specific requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer * Schedule Zoom meetings with these members to discuss their benefits and answer any questions they may have * Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client * Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to ensure they receive the best possible service * Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments * Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to members' needs * Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits * Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field * Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using CRM software a plus * High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in the benefits or insurance industry * Certification in a related field, such as life insurance or health insurance * Fluency in a second language, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds * Experience using Zoom or other video conferencing software * Familiarity with careerzynith's benefits and services, with a strong understanding of our products and offerings **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using CRM software a plus * Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a strong focus on flexibility and adaptability **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
